Your new role
Due to growth a CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR is required to join their construction management team on the Sunshine Coast, to support their lead Project Manager for this region. You will assist with a wide variety of duties from material procurement, gathering contractor pricing, document control, filling out sub-contracts etc. With scope for more duties depending on your level of experience. The projects you will work on will vary greatly, from Local Govt Building Infrastructure to an Industrial Warehouse development ($8M) and everything in between. What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must be locally based while candidates from all walks of life in construction are encouraged to apply. Whether you have a trade a background, are currently studying or completed, a diploma, or bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar, all will be well regarded. Some experience is preferred, whether you've worked with a builder doing a similar CA role, or perhaps you're a Project Manager with a Sub-contractor, either way please apply. Additional to above strong communication skills are essential; being able to conduct daily contact with subbies and suppliers, confidently, is essential.
