SUMMARY OF THE ROLEManage an assigned area or team by planning, organizing and follow up warehouse activities to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operation in accordance with HSEQ requirements and service targets.
This position is located in Bago and direct reporting to Assistant Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities:Ensure that internal and external HSEQ requirements are followed.Manage warehouse personnel by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned in an efficient way and with the right quality.If the role has subordinates: Lead the team in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach, and guide its members to ensure a workforce that is competent, engaged, and enabled to meet Jotun’s current and future needsOrganising handling of all incoming orders and activities related to thisPlanning and organizing daily distribution and activities related to thisManage all operations within the warehouse, e.g., receiving RMs and packaging, and controlling Certificate of Analysis, safe storage, counting and distributionHandle non-conform goodsMonitor transport delivery performanceWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
QualificationsBachelor's Degree with minimum of 3years in warehousing and supervisory experience is required.Proficient with Microsoft Office.Must be good in verbal and written English,Good communication and influencing skills.Detail oriented, analytical and innovativeGood leadership and coaching skills to continuously encourage and motivate employees
