Andent (part of Modern Dental Pacific Group) is a Melbourne, Victorian based dental laboratory servicing the Australian dental industry. We specialise in the fabrication of quality restorations for dental prosthetics, specialising in implant, ceramic and crown and bridge procedures. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality products in a timely manner using the most advanced technology available, through our state-of-the-art facilities.

Our team is growing at Andent and we are looking for an eager Junior Dental Technician to join our close-knit team.
No two days are the same, however, a typical day would consist of the following responsibilities:
- Follow instruction and procedures to produce dental models to an acceptable quality standard.
- Pouring impressions by trimming and preparing gypsum models for the production of Crown & Bridge restorations and prosthetic appliances.
- Following plaster room operations process.
- Pouring implant models for single and multiple units.
- Process the daily volume of cases.
- Attend and participate in training and development opportunities.
We want to hear from you if you have:
- A Dental Technician with at least 1 year working experience (preferred).
- Have great hand-eye coordination to complete precise and detailed work and ability to concentrate for long periods of time.
- Positive and flexible attitude and solid time management skills
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team to achieve team objectives.
