The Role

Due to our expanding project pipeline and exciting growth, we're seeking a talented and motivated developer (junior to mid-level) to join our dynamic IT team. Requirements

- Core Tech:
    - 2+ years of professional experience with C# or a similar object-oriented language.
    - Solid grasp of JavaScript/TypeScript, modern front-end development principles, and experience with a framework like React, Vue, or Angular (bonus!).
    - Ability to work independently on both front-end and back-end tasks.
- Database & APIs:
    - Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) including data modeling and query optimization.
    - Proven ability to design, implement, and consume RESTful APIs.
    - Familiarity with ORMs (e.g., Entity Framework) is a plus.
- Team & Growth Mindset:
    - Enjoys collaborating with colleagues across different teams for the best solutions.
    - Self-motivated with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for efficient problem-solving and knowledge sharing.

Desirable

- Web Frameworks: Experience with Angular and/or PHP Laravel is highly valued.
- Server Admin: Familiarity with Linux (Nginx/Apache) and/or Windows (IIS) server environments will aid in deployment and troubleshooting.
- CI/CD Understanding: Experience with build automation, continuous integration/deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a significant advantage.
- Documentation: Interest in contributing to and maintaining technical documentation to ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
