AddressPoint Trading Group (PTG) has an opening for a Sales Executive to be based out of PTG's corporate headquarters in South Melbourne. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Sales / Business Development of highly technical products and solutions, preferably in the Defence, Law Enforcement or emergency services industry but not limited to.
On offer is competitive remuneration package made up of Base + Bonus + Super
About the responsibilities of the role:- Developing and maintaining national and international sales
- Continue to developing the customer base and improving customer relationships through effective and professional communication and representation of the Point Trading Group
- Identifying, establishing and maintaining a network of contacts, covering territories both interstate and internationally
- Reaching and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s
- Performing customer prospecting through cold calling, prime contractor contacts, trade shows and exhibitions, referrals, business partnerships and professional associations
- Responding to requests for Government Tenders, Requests for Quotations and Requests for Information
- Presentation and multimedia skills
- Working with high-tech and M2M products
- High level of integrity, self-discipline, work ethics and commitment
- Ability to travel interstate and overseas
- Computer literate with social media experience
- Proven track record of employment (5+ years) working with government organizations such as Defence, Law Enforcement and other relevant agencies. Other candidates will be considered based on their proven success in related fields and industries.
- Degree in a Technical field or MBA
- Technology savvy personality, confident in product knowledge and presentation to customers
- Must be legally permitted to work in Australia
