- Responsible for client, quoting and tendering aspects with Management oversight.
- Coordination, production and design of submissions, tender specific criteria and non-price documents as required.
- Reviewing and proof reading all tender documentation. Including coordination, production and design of submissions, tender specific criteria and non-price documents to ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental and sustainability requirements.
- Attending tender meetings, site visits and our various depots on occasions to maintain connectivity between operations and the estimating department.
- Engaging with suppliers and subcontractors as required to obtain best pricing and deliverables for Fulton Hogan.
- Using our estimating program Benchmark to formulate the proposal value and engaging with key stakeholders in areas such as programming, capability, scope and resource requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
- An ability to create/maintain a good rapport with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers across the industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
- Thrive in a busy environment and love working in a team as well as working to tight deadlines.
- Good computer skills with adaptability or experience in programming software and other Microsoft programs.
- Detailed knowledge of estimating software such as Benchmark or equivalent estimating packages will be highly regarded.
