Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Work closely with project stakeholders to coordinate and oversee the execution of assigned projects, including procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep all stakeholders informed about project and installation progress.
- Onsite Installation: Oversee and manage the onsite unloading and installation of structural steel components, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including materials and labor, to meet project milestones and installation requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all onsite work aligns with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Cost Control: Assist in cost control efforts, monitor project and installation expenses, and manage change orders.
- Document Control: Compile comprehensive project documentation and reports, including safety and quality documentation. This involves meticulous record-keeping and documentation management to uphold industry compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) will be highly regarded, though not essential.
- Energetic and deadline-focused with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the industry, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- A commitment to workplace health and safety, quality assurance, and environmental standards.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and cost-efficiency.
