Junior Estimator - Shop Fit Out

Our client are an award-winning construction company who have been operating for over 40 years within the Shop Fit Out market.

They have an experienced Estimating team and they are looking for someone they can mentor and develop their skillset.

As the Estimator, you will be responsible for:

• Creating tenders from first principals
• Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
• Risk analysis of project via the plans and also programs
• Using estimating tools and software's
• Collecting and analysing the scope of works to estimate the cost of labour, machines, subcontractors, time and any other associated costs which may impact the project
• Setting programs and budgets from structure through to handover
  
To be considered for the position of a Junior Estimator you will require:

• 12 months experience in Construction/Shop Fit Out is preferred, ideally in an estimating role

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of $70,000 to $90,000+ Super depending on experience. This is a full time, permanent position.
