Address Searson Buck is seeking an excellent Junior Finance Officer for a respected leader in the manufacturing sector, known for their commitment to excellence and dedication to delivering exceptional service. This opportunity will be on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent.
Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Provide exemplary customer service to clients and colleagues alike
Effectively manage inbound calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
Execute administrative duties, including meticulous data entry and document management
Entering timesheets into the client's system
Must be experienced in the Microsoft Office suite
Training will be provided on the client's system
Reconciling invoices and accounts payable
