Junior Finance Officer

Searson Buck is seeking an excellent Junior Finance Officer for a respected leader in the manufacturing sector, known for their commitment to excellence and dedication to delivering exceptional service. This opportunity will be on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent.
Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and courtesy
• Provide exemplary customer service to clients and colleagues alike
• Effectively manage inbound calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
• Execute administrative duties, including meticulous data entry and document management
• Entering timesheets into the client's system
• Must be experienced in the Microsoft Office suite
• Training will be provided on the client's system
• Reconciling invoices and accounts payable
