The Opportunity 
The Junior Financial Analyst will support the Arrotex Finance and Commercial teams in articulating and evaluating commercial proposals, customer contracts and business cases. The goal is to work closely with the Commercial team and provide financial rigour to proposals evaluated by senior leadership.

  
Key Responsibilities 

• Support Management Performance Meeting reporting, Forecasting and budgeting.
• Support Arrotex drive for continues process improvement and process automation.
• Managing the relationships and expectations of various stakeholders 
• Converting business needs into commercial outcomes.
• Developing relationships and navigating different personalities and behavioural preferences.
• Champion Arrotex Mission, Aims, Objectives and Values.
• Undertake duties in accordance with the Arrotex policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Act with the mindset of a business partner; to collaborate, challenge respectfully when required to create win-win outcomes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• To be agile / flexible and able to support coordination of business activities or any other duties as directed by management.
• Embracing and thriving in a changing environment, and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
• Flexible and efficient with a strong focus on quality and productivity.

  
  
Key Skills and Requirements    

• Keen interest in pursuing career in Finance, Accounting or Financial Analytics.
• Developed financial and commercial analysis expertise.
• Ability to turn complex large amounts of data into simple commercial insights.
• Ability to work with sales and marketing functions and interacting heavily with senior management.
• Ability to turn complex large amounts of data into simple commercial insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PivotTables, advanced formulas, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to understand and prioritise business needs.
• Ability to understand and communicate with various personas.
• Attention to detail – identifying anomalies, inconsistent data points.
