The Role - Interest Points:
- Reports to the Marketing Manager who is building a team of high performing professionals who work collaboratively to achieve business objectives.
- Delivers a varied design portfolio across multiple business entities, incorporating the end-to-end design of key marketing materials such as flyers, product brochures, signage, promotional campaign items, business cards...to name a few outputs.
- Leverages the core Adobe Creative Cloud suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photo Shop as well as Canva to create design solutions.
- Supports the marketing team and wider business with design overflow, as required.
- Gets involved with the business and its key stakeholders to ensure project progression is communicated, feedback is taken on board and the right concepts are landed.
- Is full-time and permanent with hybrid working options of 3 days in the Clayton office and 2 days working from home.
- A foundation (1-2 years) of end-to-end graphic design experience in a commercial setting such as in-house or agency.
- Creative flair and a modern approach to design.
- Experience backed-up by a current design portfolio that you can provide us as part of your application.
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects at once (A.K.A. good time management skills).
- A tenacious and service-centric attitude towards work.
- Clear and concise written communication skills.
