Our role:
As a Junior Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support to ensure the Objective solution works as designed in the customer environment. You will be assigned a set of customers, and your role will be to foster client relationships and grow customer environmental knowledge over time to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role reports to the Software Support Manager.
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Incident Support Services - Provide remote technical support to customers, diagnose and offer solutions within agreed service levels while considering business impacts and contractual obligations.
- Technical Knowledge - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Objective solutions and related environments. Set up and manage testing systems and lab equipment for efficient problem duplication.
- Customer Relationship - Own the technical support for assigned customers and build positive relationships with their key technical contacts. Work with the Objective Client Executive to ensure smooth communication and critical impact management.
- Achievement of Customer Support performance targets - Meet performance targets and collaborate with Customer Support management to improve performance if needed.
- Customer Support Projects & Initiatives - Act as a technical expert for customer support and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction with the organization's products and services.
- Other duties as reasonably requested.
What Skills You Will Need:
- General understanding of Microsoft Office and operating systems (Windows and Linux).
- Knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (MySQL/SQL Server).
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and teamwork abilities.
- Customer service skills focused on positive outcomes for customers.
- Timely decision-making with risk assessment, alternative evaluation, and judgment.
- Effective problem-solving and presentation skills.
