The Broker Experience Consultant is responsible for executing Steadfast Technologies Broker Experience requests from our network brokers across our suite of bespoke applications. We are seeking candidates with an IT background who are driven to develop their skills and are passionate about technology.

In this role, you will:

Execute Steadfast Technologies Broker Experience requests:

• Develop SQL scripts to complete Broker Experience requests
• Develop JSON/XML scripts to complete Broker Experience requests
• Updating client document templates in MS Word (including merge fields)
• Developing and updating internal process documentation to maintain continuous improvement
• Maintaining SLA’s by ensuring requests are regularly updated and resolution times are communicated with appropriate stakeholders

Connections and Data Migration:

• Perform data migrations by using Steadfast conversion tools that map and import data from other applications to Steadfast Technologies' suite of applications
• Create and run customised SQL data manipulation scripts to assist in data cleansing
• Implements data transfer plans, ensures data integrity and security, and troubleshoots issues.
• Configure the Steadfast Technologies' suite of applications according to brokers' requirements and specifications.
• Process transfers and connection requests on Steadfast Technologies' suite of applications, ensuring accurate and efficient movement of clients and policies between accounts.

• Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and deliverables.
• A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects
• In depth knowledge of the following;

1. Word
2. Excel
3. JSON
4. XML
5. SQL

• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence (Desirable)
• Knowledge of FreshDesk (Desirable)
