Role Snapshot:
As our Junior IT Support Consultant, you'll be the superhero our team turns to when tech gremlins strike.
Working under the guidance of our IT Team Lead, you'll provide crucial support, ensuring our operations run smoothly across AU and North American offices all from the comfort of our Perth office.
This is a full-time permanent role. Work hours are 7:30am - 4pm but does requires some flexibility in the morning / evenings to support our global operations.
We Need You To:
- Be Super Friendly: Your positive attitude will turn tech troubles into positive interactions.
- Master Current Technologies: Be well-versed in Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 OS — our tech bread and butter.
- Navigate Security: Have familiarity with FortiGate firewall to help us fortify our digital fortress.
- Understand Networking: Know your way around Unifi equipment, ensuring our connections are strong and stable.
- Flex Your Hours: Show flexibility with your availability to support our team during the evening shift, ensuring seamless IT support across time zones.
