Day to day you will be doing level 2 support tickets and sometimes helping out on projects, remotely or onsite. So you'll need to be comfortable driving to client sites and working in front of clients from time to time as well. If you have greater skills and more project experience, then you'll be used more for projects. They have a lot of projects booked up already this year.

Strong level 2 support experience with the following technologies are needed –
- Windows Desktops in AD environments
- Server admin, log checking, troubleshooting
- Networking concepts such as DNS and DHCP, vlanning, vpns
- Office products and Outlook in an Exchange and Office 365 environment
- Active Directory and user management, Group Policy, Intune / EPM experience highly valued
- Profile creation and management on desktops
- Terminal Server / thin client knowledge - Azure virtual desktop experience, highly valued
- Patching and hardware knowledge
- Sharepoint online experience
- Managed Cyber security environments
