- In this role you will join a team in one of the fastest growing areas in Australia.
- You will work with an established team of Consultant Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, ITP trainees, SMO, CMO and RMO to provide in-hours care and on-call services for a diverse range of obstetric and gynaecological patients with 3000 public births per annum.
- On-site level 2b Special Care Nursery
- 24-hour Paediatric service
- 24-hour Anaesthetic service
- 24-hour intensivist-led HDU/ICU service
- 12 operating theatre suites.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology as an O&G registrar
- Registered as a medical practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Authority (Medical Board)
- Ability to perform caesarean sections and instrumental deliveries.
- Must have demonstrated clinical and procedural experience as a registered medical practitioner for a minimum of 6 months in a hospital setting in Australia or overseas at an equivalent skill level.
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- Depending on the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
