About
We are looking for the next staff member to join our growing team.
We are looking for a junior tech to learn and assist in programming our homes. This extended to learning Control 4 programming, Networking and audio-visual programming.
Position Responsibilities
Communication:
- Managing and filtering emails, calls, and other forms of communication regarding projects.
- Facilitating communication with project managers and the service department on programming and tasks left for integration.
- Keep in touch with clients and their requests and actions according.
Project assembly and programming:
- Update all project equipment and re-pack ready to go to site.
- Make sure we have everything needed for the project and don't let anything be removed without your knowledge or approval in accordance with the warehouse manager.
- Coordinate with the Senior programmer and Project manager to pre-program projects coming up and also program projects on the go.
- Keep track of projects programming
- Assisting with project management tasks, including tracking progress, milestones, and deadlines.
- Coordinating with the design team, install team, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
Office & Operations Work Flow Management:
- Create systems to maintain our projects in the most effective way.
- Have creative ideas to create a better system and better ways to program.
