Overview

We are seeking a Junior Service Desk Consultant to join our team, providing crucial support to our diverse clientele. Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to incoming client inquiries, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support via phone, email, or in-person

• Collaborate with senior analysts to escalate complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
• Conduct routine system checks and diagnostics to proactively identify and resolve potential issues
• Provide basic training and guidance to clients on utilizing software applications and IT tools effectively
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and support documentation
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance technical skills and knowledge
