We're seeking an ambitious and dedicated Junior Lawyer to join a dynamic Litigation team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to kick-start their career in litigation and gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
What We're Looking for:
- Recent law school graduate with 1 - 2 years legal industry experience (litigation preferred);
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment;
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of litigation; and
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior leaders in all stages of litigation, from case development to trial preparation;
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs;
- Communicating with clients, opposing Counsel, and court personnel;
- Participating in case strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions;
- Attending court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
