The Traineeship role:
This rare, varied permanent Traineeship role is Full Time, but part time hours may be considered. You'll get fantastic ongoing training and support as you gain valuable legal skills and experience - whilst studying for the nationally recognised qualification, BSB30320 Certificate III in Legal Services online with us at OneLegal during work hours - and paid for by them!
Just some duties you'll learn are:
- Preparing/putting together legal documents, correspondence, accounts etc.
- Copying, scanning, filing and archiving.
- Arranging and booking client meetings.
- Speaking with clients by telephone and greeting visitors.
- Inputting new client information into the firm's database.
- Assisting with mail and email tasks.
Requirements:
For this Traineeship role, you'll have an interest in starting a legal career and gaining a nationally-recognised legal qualification. You'll also meet the following requirements:
- Able to commute to the CBD each day in a permanent role.
- Have successfully completed Year 12 VCE.
- Be an Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident or NZ Citizen.
- Have good typing, Microsoft Word, spelling and grammar.
- Be hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable.
