Providing administrative support to the Family Law team you'll enjoy a busy and varied role as well as the opportunity to continue to learn and develop your skillset.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
• diary management
• prepare documents and general correspondence
• general administration; photocopying, scanning and binding documents
• monthly billing
• liaise with clients and coordinate meetings
• open/close files, filing and archiving
Skills and experience we'd love...
To be successful in this role you will have at least 12 months experience as Legal Assistant/Administration Assistant in a law firm together with:
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• strong attention to detail
• intermediate MS Office skills
• a positive, pro-active and professional work attitude
