THE ROLE
- Diary management
- Taking calls
- Opening and closing of all matters and files
- File management
- Billing and invoicing
- Conducting online searches
- Filing and general administrative work
- Keeping all office areas clean and organised
- Plus more!
- You have at least 6-12 months experience in a solid administration role – legal preferred but not essential
- Strong skills in MS Office and accurate typing
- Extremely well organised and able to juggle conflicting tasks
- Team player with an even-tempered nature and someone who loves working within a team environment
- Ideally you live locally and prefer a role close to home on the upper North Shore
- This role is paying $50-55K+s
- 9 am to 5 pm
