Join a boutique law firm who are seeking a proactive and dedicated Junior Legal Secretary to join their Commercial and Workplace practice.
About the firm:

The founder of this large boutique firm envisioned and brought to life a workplace with a vibrant culture, a human touch, and a commitment to doing law for the good. Their office is located in Sydney’s CBD but is not your typical corporate space – no strict corporate attire, hot-desking, and a social atmosphere where everyone is integrated, regardless of level or practice area.
About you:

• The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of legal administrative experience, along with a Cert III in Business (Administration).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite for editing and formatting large documents.
• Embrace a positive attitude and display flexibility and adaptability.

Key responsibilities:

• Offer direct administrative assistance to the Commercial and Workplace practice group.
• Manage tasks under pressure, prioritising urgent matters effectively.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and maintain fast and accurate typing speed.
• Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team environment.
• Conduct file openings, court filings, and prepare briefs efficiently.
• Assist all practice groups within the firm as required, managing overflow tasks.
• Uphold office procedures and protocols related to various administrative activities.
