About the role
- Diary management, arranging meeting rooms, collating documentation for meetings;
- Monitoring fee-earners emails and tending to requests from clients;
- Coordinating and booking travel as required;
- Document management; and
- Billing
Skills & Experience
The successful candidates will have:
- Professional services experience (1+ years);
- High level of attention to detail;
- Organised and able to prioritise;
- Excellent administration skills, keyboard and software proficiency;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
- Need to be proficient in word and the ability to format large documents is essential.
