We are currently recruiting for a Junior Management Accountant role in our Toowoomba office.
We have team members in Toowoomba, Stanthorpe, Brisbane and Roma delivering exceptional service to our clients across Accounting, Superannuation, Business Advisory, Leasing & Finance, Audit and Financial Planning services.
Key Responsibilities:
The Junior Management Accountant is responsible for overseeing the provision of bookkeeping services to clients, under the direction and supervision of the Head of Service Offering. The role will ensure a client centric approach where, client expectations are met and delivered on within required timeframes and compliance obligations. Some of the key responsibilities are -
• Client Payroll Management
• BAS Review
• IAS/PAYGW/Payroll Tax Review
• Management reporting review
• Superannuation Review
• Ensure client information correct when using APS, VC, Xero. Filing information as per PT policies
• Review Balance Sheet
• Respond to client/D&V queries as they arise
• EOFY Reconciliations
• Have files tax ready for Client Manager
What you'll need to succeed:
• 6 months of experience in a similar role
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Exceptional time management skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• High attention to detail and quality management skills
• Ability to identify, build and maintain productive relationships with clients and team members
