- 6pm-6am shift on a 3/day 4 day fortnight rotation
- Initial 12- month contract
Summary:- Provide 24x7x365 technical operations support for global infrastructure; with focus on minimizing impact to Customers and internal users.
- This specific opportunity is for entry level staff to monitor the infrastructure and be a key stakeholder in Incident and Change Management processes.
- Regularly perform data analysis to determine performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Demonstrate a can do/will do attitude.
- Customer service focus that shows you will always go the extra mile.
Role:- Execute Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
- Perform effective vendor management techniques to ensure forward-progress managed Incidents.
- Monitor the performance of traffic, systems, and central site processing, addressing anomalies detected.
- Route central site and customer traffic as necessary to minimize downtime and impact to the brand and business.
Requirements:- Technical experience in at least 1 of the following: Networking, UNIX, Production Control, File Transfer.
- Entry level UNIX scripting and tool monitoring,
- Intermediate-level knowledge of network routing, switching, and tunneling.
- Strong problem and troubleshooting skills.
- Passion for learning and thrive in a fast paced environment.
