Role responsibilities:
Support our nationwide team by;
- Work within a team of audio and networking specialists to provide customers with product and network technical support
- Providing technical support for a range of hardware and software A/V products
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot A/V IT networks, software, products and operating systems
- A qualification in IT / Communications including a CCNA or similar
- Commercial experience in a similar roles including TCP/IP routing and switching, VLAN, VoIP, IGMP/Multicast, QoS, ACL, DHCP, DNS, WIRESHARK, firewalls & Network services topologies
- Advanced troubleshooting skills including using tools such as RDP, TeamViewer, VPN, Firewalls, Hyper-V, VMware etc.
- Experience in configuring network security devices and policies
- Australian Driver's License
- Good understanding of Audio Visual technologies - preferred
- Great interpersonal skills – comfortable working with others
- Ability to Work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility in your role
- Desire and willingness to learn new technologies, achieve, and deliver results
