Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general Office and Administration duties
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Answer emails and collate data in the appropriate areas
- Drive to and from appointments in the company car with the director
- Use problem-solving skills to identify and address issues proactively
- Flexibility to work across two locations and have an interest in retail homewares
- Ensure punctuality and reliability in all assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday 9am to 5pm
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Strong punctuality and reliability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Understanding of social media platforms and tools
