We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Admin Officer for a full time role at our Pinjarra Head Office.

Operations Admin Support:

• Full time position 
• Monday - Friday Roster
• Salary based role
• 7am - 3pm 
• Local Pinjarra Head Office
• Training and support provided on site. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide a professional administrative support
• Use systems to set up and monitor projects
• Use systems to monitor the receival of client purchase orders 
• Generation of regular reports 
• Professional communication between internal and external contacts, including attendance at operational job planning and progress meetings as required 
• Processing of special-order purchases, including capital equipment, services and non-stocked items
• Maintaining documentation for Quality Control ensuring records are complete and accurate
• Manage workload within the monthly accounting deadlines and carry out all tasks in accordance with approved processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge: exposure to Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Onbase and Pronto (desirable)
• Proven ability to work in a team
• Relevant problem solving experience and possess a strong work ethic
• Be an effective communicator
