Junior Planner

Job description ABOUT THE COMPANY.This Local Council is located in the South of the Sydney CBD. They are looking for a Junior Planner. This is an initial 6 month contract with extension possible.ABOUT THE POSITION.As a Junior Planner, you will report to the Coordinator and be responsible for assessing and reporting on residential development applications.DUTIES.

• Assess residential DAs
• Duty planning
• Site inspections
• Liaise with all levels of internal and external customers

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Degree qualifications in Town Planning or related
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a team and autonomously
