Position: Junior Transport Planner

Location: Perth Airport, WA

The Opportunity

This exciting position will work within our planning team, presenting forward plans for the Transport Execution Team. You will be involved in using Centurions Rostering and Scheduling tool to plan 28 Days in advance for Drivers, Trucks and Assets. As a Junior you will be supporting Transport Planners with Day-to-Day tasks as well has having your own KPI’s.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Complete Critical Risk Assessments
• Work with Team to Keep the Planning Roster up to date with new drivers and roster changes
• Provide daily plans  for the Execution Team
• Compile data to complete Daily Combined Handover
• Continually update plan with Business-Critical changes requested from contract coordinator who will relay from our customers
• Working with North and Southwest Planners, as well as tracking of services in transit

Skills & Experience

• Highly developed organisational, planning and computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and part of a fast-paced team
• Efficient time management
