The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience as a senior team leader, Multi-Site, Cluster or Regional Manager
- Extensive experience in people management, visual merchandising, & inventory control
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and commercial acumen
- Their own reliable mode of transport and valid driver's license

A day in the life:
As a Regional Manager for Ghanda Clothing, you will have direct responsibility for:
- Managing 5 - 8 Store Managers and their teams through hiring, onboarding, and training
- Training and developing your teams through facilitating training sessions, regular store visits, check-ins, performance evaluations and reviews
- Monitoring store/team performance - customer service, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock management & staffing
- Monitoring store rosters and performance metrics to drive efficiencies and ensure continued growth
- Ensuring the following standards are in accordance with company expectations: training programmes, loss prevention protocols, safety measures, store cleanliness & maintenance reporting
- Coordinating the opening of new stores including staffing, stocking, and training
