Junior Power Automate/Microsoft Stack Developer
- Casual role, approximately 16 hours per week during business hours
- Flexibility around working days based on your availability with a mixture of work from the office (Brisbane CBD) & from home

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven student who is looking to take the next step in their IT career. As a Junior Power Automate/Microsoft Stack Developer at Axis, you will drive continual improvement with clean well written code and sound business logic as apart of our IT Team. Everything you build will have a measurable positive impact in for iconic Australian organisations and their employees to prevent & manage injuries within the workplace.
In this role you will:
- Complete projects and ongoing work to improve efficient and fast automatic communication using Microsoft Flow (now called Power Automate)
- Participate in the gathering of requirements from internal and external stakeholders
- Work with experienced UX designers and clinical subject matter experts to guide our strategic roadmap.
- Improve our DevOps processes to ensure we can release smoothly and confidently as required.
- Work proactively with our integration partners to develop efficient, robust links with their systems.
- Contribute to our internal libraries, standards and processes.
- Support customer needs and troubleshoot solutions with our team.
- Participate in and contribute to a strong team culture across the Axis team, both locally and interstate.
You will bring the following:
- Have undertaken or completed a Graduate degree in IT, Computer Engineering/Science, Software Development (or similar)
- Previous exposure/experience utilising & building solutions in Microsoft Stack or similar software
- Excellent written & verbal communications skills for both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset
- Willingness to upskill & learn new systems, with a drive for continual learning
