About the Position.
Working directly with the Senior Project Manager, as a Junior Project Manager you will play a big part in all aspects of project delivery for projects valued between $1M to $10M. You will liaise with clients, stakeholders, site teams, subcontractors. Training and development will be provided to ensure career progression.
Duties.
- Financial and cost reporting/progress
- Letting contracts
- Progress claims
- Variations and RFI’s
- Client and stakeholder management
Skills & Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager
