Qualifications & experience
- Experience in the coordination multiple projects, with experience in residential Medium Density being advantageous.
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Drive all aspects of administration to facilitate construction
- Administer head contract
- Chair PCG meetings
- Prepare & manage PCG reports
- Engage with authorities to ensure efficient progression of project deliverables
- Create & manage programme
- Provide weekly reports
- Prepare and manage financial forecasts
- Prepare and manage progress claims
- Manage OP & PC
