Junior Property Manager

Due to rapid growth and development, a rare and exciting opportunity has now become available for an eager Junior Property Manager to join their exceptional business and take the reins of a tidy portfolio of properties, all based locally to the Inner West area.

The Position

In the role of Junior Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage a tidy portfolio of less than 80 properties
• Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Manage all repairs and maintenance
• Prepare condition reports
• Process rental applications and reference check tenants
• Attend tribunal hearings as required
• Conduct rent reviews and maintain arrears

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Junior Property Manager will have:

• Previous experience in property management
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Knowledge of PropertyTree would be an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong people management and conflict resolution skills
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Ideally reside locally in the Inner West and know the marketplace/demographic well
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
