Due to rapid growth and development, a rare and exciting opportunity has now become available for an eager Junior Property Manager to join their exceptional business and take the reins of a tidy portfolio of properties, all based locally to the Inner West area.

The Position
In the role of Junior Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage a tidy portfolio of less than 80 properties
- Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage all repairs and maintenance
- Prepare condition reports
- Process rental applications and reference check tenants
- Attend tribunal hearings as required
- Conduct rent reviews and maintain arrears
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Junior Property Manager will have:
- Previous experience in property management
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Knowledge of PropertyTree would be an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong people management and conflict resolution skills
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Ideally reside locally in the Inner West and know the marketplace/demographic well
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
