About the Role

Masscon are seeking a motivated Junior Development Manager to provide development's Sales & Marketing and delivery support. Reporting to the Sr. Development Manager, you will be a part of a property development group that are looking to grow their team due to a rapid expansion in their pipeline of projects. 

You will be responsible for managing the Sales & Marketing including advertising and managing external agents involved in the residential, mix-use and industrial developments.

The Key Duties

This role is ideally suited to a property and/or building and construction professional with 2 or more years' experience in residential developments/projects.

• Review design documents and plans/reports
• Monitor the performance of the development projects and their compliance with the development vision
• Coordinate with financiers, sales agents, valuers and project QS/ Superintendents
• Report on development progress to the Sr. Development Manager
• Liaise and coordinate with various Real Estate agents and property valuers
• Engagement, coordination and management of consultants, constructions teams and external advisors
• Maintain compliant project record documentation
• Utilize software to create reports and feasibilities for various projects.

This role is ideally suited to a candidate that is looking for a challenge and is ready to be accountable for their role in the business.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Qualified in property development/Property economics or Architecture 
• A minimum of 2 years experience in the building and construction / Real Estate industry in similar role
• Financial acumen – you will be comfortable with numbers.
• Integrity, honesty and high ethical standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, driven and have initiative
• Strategic analytical and systems thinking approach to problem solving 
• Excellent attention to detail 
• You must be highly organized and possess the ability to priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
• An enthusiastic and can do attitude.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Advanced experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of products or similar
