Operating out of an open-planned, modern office amongst a hub of cafes and busy lifestyle precincts, this is an opportunity for a Junior Property Manager to join a high-performing Property Management Division, this is a team with plenty of support, structure, and systems. 

The Role:

Currently seeking a Junior Property Manager, this is a role for someone that is looking to work out of a bright, open office along side some of the best in the industry! Monday – Saturday you will be responsible for supporting a Senior Property Manager with a portfolio all based around Double Bay, Bondi and surrounding:

• Routine Inspections
• Lease Renewals
• Open for inspections
• Processing applications
• Issuing work orders
• Ingoings'
• Property Management Admin

The Candidate:

• Previous Real Estate experience essential 
• Must have a go-getter attitude!
• A current Certificate of Registration
• Own car and drivers license
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Great presentational skills
• Be a motivated self-starter
• Looking to take the next step up in their career!
