About the Role
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors at reception
- Answering and appropriately handling incoming calls
- Processing, scanning, and filing documentation
Skills Required
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Technically proficient and comfortable with new technology
- Exceptional communication skills both written & verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
