Pursue Ability is rapidly growing, so we are on the hunt for a Junior Recruitment Officer to join our ranks to assist our Senior Recruitment and HR Manager in finding talented Support Workers to provide exceptional levels of support to our clients!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create and place job advertisements across NSW,
- Actively source candidates through recruitment platforms,
- Determine suitability of candidates through applications and invite suitable candidates to information sessions,
- Completing Reference Checks on suitable candidates
- Follow up required documentation to complete onboarding process of new team members,
- Actively present suitable candidates to Senior Leadership Team for suitability with clients,
- Maintain a quality candidate pool,
- Provide ongoing candidate care, &
- Handle adhoc enquiries via telephone and email
About You
You are a self-starter with a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience to our rapidly growing team at Pursue Ability. You should possess the following qualities:
- Recruitment experience highly desirable, though not essential,
- Experience in Disability & Mental Health highly desirable, though not essential,
- Experience using Microsoft suite programs (word, excel, etc)
- Personable and professional manner,
- Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders,
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills,
- High level of attention to detail,
- Highly organised and motivated with the ability to multi-task
- Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
This role is a Part-Time Contracted role of 6 months, with view to offer of Full Time Employment for the right person.
