Safe Environments is seeking a Junior Office Assistant assist the day to day office management of this dynamic growing company. We are a multi-specialist consultancy operating in the building, construction and property management industries. Our consultants are experts in building materials, ergonomics, occupational hygiene and occupational health & safety.
Reporting to the director, your duties will include:
- Providing customer service over the phone, answering enquiries on behalf of the team and sample receipt
- Preparation of quotes, report documents and invoicing
- Maintaining quality manuals & procedures
- Accounts receivable / payable
- General administrative duties
- Assisting with ISO 9001 accreditation
