AddressMarket leading agency seeking a fresh and ambitious junior who would like to kick start their real estate career in Property Management. You will be working alongside a leading Property Manager within one of Liverpool’s most recognised agencies.
Prior experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided and a Traineeship would also be considered.
Together with our Senior Property Manager, you will be taking care of a portfolio of properties, liaising with tenants, organising, and running open homes, conducting periodic inspections and entry condition reports, assisting with maintenance & repairs, assisting with arrears and general admin support. You will be provided training and guidance within the role to grow yourself and your career while being a part of a positive and friendly team.
The successful candidate will need a positive friendly ‘can do’ attitude, a good work ethic, a passion for working with people, great customer service skills and a will learn. In addition, you must have good verbal and written communication skills, be well presented and willing to work some Saturdays with a day off in lieu during the week. Must have a clean, reliable car and current Australian drivers licence (red or green probationary licence is also ok).
