Due to growth, they are looking for a Junior Service Advisor to support customers and the Aftersales team, based in Alexandria.
In this role you will:
- Be the main point of contact for customers throughout their service
- Welcome customers into the service department on the day of their service
- Complete training in reception processes, booking procedures, invoicing and Kia/Subaru Factory Workplace Processes
- Acquire knowledge of Kia/Subaru service options and processes
- Communicate with colleagues to schedule and complete the necessary repairs
- Prepare repair orders and invoices
- Update customer database as required
- Support our advisors and Aftersales team with a view to becoming a Service Advisor
- Communicate with customers providing information and timeframes regarding their vehicles.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Basic experience in customer service and developed communication skills
- Capable IT skills and the ability work with multiple programs
- Confidence dealing with customers
- The ability to work in and support a busy, diligent team
- The ability to prioritise and seek assistance where necessary
- A current, valid driver's license
