Junior Service Desk Analyst

ASCENDUNT GROUP on behalf of client, one of the largest legal firms in Australia with a truly National and international presence, currently requires multiple Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team. Position: Service Desk Analyst

Location: Melbourne/ Sydney/ Brisbane/ Perth 

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
• Document all incidents, requests, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on timely resolution and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and documentation to facilitate self-service solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar technical support role, preferably in an IT Service Desk environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and remote support tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong customer-centric mindset.
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
