Position: Service Desk Analyst
Location: Melbourne/ Sydney/ Brisbane/ Perth
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
- Document all incidents, requests, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and documentation to facilitate self-service solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar technical support role, preferably in an IT Service Desk environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and remote support tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong customer-centric mindset.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
