This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 1 Service Desk Analyst to join an organisation committed to making a real difference.

As a Service Desk Analyst you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer support and technical assistance to the wider organisation.

About you

• Excellent communication, with experience dealing with senior stakeholders.

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities, and ability to problem solve to handle difficult situations.

• Hands on experience with Microsoft technologies (server, desktop and applications).

• Active Directory experience - managing user accounts, access rights, security settings.

• Relevant qualifications in IT or related field

About the role

• Providing Level 1 customer service to users both over the phone and in person.

• Troubleshoot issues with desktops, notebooks, mobile devices.

• Record, update, and track helpdesk incidents and requests.

• Show excellent customer service skills while dealing with all levels of stakeholders throughout the business
