As a Service Desk Analyst you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer support and technical assistance to the wider organisation.
About you
Excellent communication, with experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
Strong troubleshooting capabilities, and ability to problem solve to handle difficult situations.
Hands on experience with Microsoft technologies (server, desktop and applications).
Active Directory experience - managing user accounts, access rights, security settings.
Relevant qualifications in IT or related field
About the role
Providing Level 1 customer service to users both over the phone and in person.
Troubleshoot issues with desktops, notebooks, mobile devices.
Record, update, and track helpdesk incidents and requests.
Show excellent customer service skills while dealing with all levels of stakeholders throughout the business
