We currently have a exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join this leading utility company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing systems maintenance, support and operation of the IT infrastructure environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide level 1 support across network, server and desktop hardware, mobile devices, software and peripheral devices, including proprietary applications
- User support via a helpdesk ticketing system, as well as direct contact by email, Teams, and phone
- Monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure
- Work closely with senior Infrastructure and Software Development staff in both a support capacity, and in the implementation of projects
- Identify and troubleshoot system problems in order to improve performance and reliability
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in level 1 technical support in a ITIL Helpdesk environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10 Operating Systems, Active Directory, and Exchange
- Proven critical thinking and experience troubleshooting across a range of systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
