You will use your knowledge and intellect in the creation and maintenance of software applications. Demonstrating your drive, passion and ability to grasp things quickly.
Responsibilities include;
- Design and build software applications in line with business strategy
- Test application logic and resolve issues as required
- Deliver tasks on time and to specification
- Ensure code complies with development and performance standards
- Produce technical documentation
- Perform peer reviews and provide feedback
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships
- Proactively raise opportunities for continuous improvements
- Diagnose and resolve application usage issues and malfunctions
Skills Required;
- 1+ years software development experience
- Experience in C#, OO design principals and software testing
- Experience in Microsoft SQL Server (2008+)
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
- Experience in TFS or other source control systems
- Tertiary qualification in a Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
You will need excellent problem solving and analytical skills, be adaptive and have a high attention to detail. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential along with demonstrating a strong initiative.
