Saffire is currently seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join their team and work in conjunction with our Sous Chef and Executive Chef to contribute to kitchen management, build strong relationships with supplies and ensure that Saffire is at the forefront of Australian Cuisine.
You will be provided with the produce and freedom to create incredible food experiences across breakfast, lunch and dinner and be committed to providing tailor made gourmet moments for small numbers of guests. You will be surrounded by a team of highly skilled chefs and supported by our values based and principle led ethos.

Previous experience in a Luxury Lodge environment or similar Flexibility and reliability to work across a variety of shifts Desire to learn, develop and continuously grow
