Distinct in its design, exclusive in its features and set apart by its approach to individually tailored experiences and service, Saffire features 20 private suites, a luxury day spa, an unforgettable culinary offering and so much more. Saffire is currently seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join their team and work in conjunction with our Sous Chef and Executive Chef to contribute to kitchen management, build strong relationships with supplies and ensure that Saffire is at the forefront of Australian Cuisine.

You will be provided with the produce and freedom to create incredible food experiences across breakfast, lunch and dinner and be committed to providing tailor made gourmet moments for small numbers of guests.    You will be surrounded by a team of highly skilled chefs and supported by our values based and principle led ethos.

You will have the satisfaction knowing you and your colleagues are contributing to creating some memorable guest experiences that will last a lifetime.    To be considered for this unique opportunity, we’re looking for: 

Previous experience in a Luxury Lodge environment or similar  Flexibility and reliability to work across a variety of shifts  Desire to learn, develop and continuously grow
