Saffire is currently seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join their team and work in conjunction with our Sous Chef and Executive Chef to contribute to kitchen management, build strong relationships with supplies and ensure that Saffire is at the forefront of Australian Cuisine. You will be provided with the produce and freedom to create incredible food experiences across breakfast, lunch and dinner and be committed to providing tailor made gourmet moments for small numbers of guests.

To be considered for this unique opportunity, we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a Luxury Lodge environment or similar
Flexibility and reliability to work across a variety of shifts
Desire to learn, develop and continuously grow
